Bookings, Payment, and Confirmation
- Booking is to be made by the latest 48 hours before the departure date.
- Any last-minute requests to be sent to baligilifastboattickets@gmail.com or contact our reservation at +6287861341637
- Booking confirmation will be sent automatically to your registered E-mail address
- The booking will be valid after we have received full payment of your order followed by the Electronic Ticket
- Bali-gilifastboat.com only receives payment via 3rd party payment gateway called Midtrans otherwise payment can be done upon departure in the respected boat company.
- In case of payment is prepared to be done upon departure, a Ticket will be issued by Boat Company after payment is completed.
Cancellation
- Cancellation made one month before departure date will refund 75% of the total amount
- Cancellation between one month or two weeks before departure date will refund 50% of the total amount
- Cancelation between two weeks or one week before departure date will be refunded 35% from the total amount
- Cancellation between one week or 2 days before departure date will be refunded 25% from the total amount
- Cancellation two days before departure date will refund 20% of the total amount
- Cancelation made one day before departure or on the date of departure 100% charge will be applied
- Trip Cancellation caused by bad Weather (All Fast Boat Operators stop operating) there will be an administration fee of 5% of the total amount
- Cancellation made 5 months before departure date will pay the administration fee of 5% of the total amount
- The refund will be processed at a minimum of 24 hours during our working days

Price and Additional Service
- Bali-gilifastboat.com has the authority to change the price at any time without any notice.
- Prices listed on this site are prices only for the boat transfers from the port to port.
Disclaimer and limitation of Responsibility
- Bali-gilifastboat.com is an agency selling the tickets for the following services;
- Fast Boat from Bali to Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, Lombok to Bali.
- We will not take any responsibility for the delay or missing your flight, injury, losses, damage, an accident during your traveling or trip that causes death, inconvenience caused by boat operator staff.
- All of these are the policy of fast boat operators and the fast boat operator responsible.
- That condition cannot be claimed by Bali-gilifastboat.com. Bali-gilifastboat.com will not responsible for any additional charge for rescheduling, caused the boat is not operating or canceled and transfer to another vessel (Ferries or Flight) by a fast boat operator.
- The trip is not suitable for passengers older than 60 years and infants (0-2 Years)
