There are so many factors that can determine the price of a trip to Gili, some of which would be: What time of year are you going? What kind of place do you want to stay at? Are you willing to do less touristy things to save money?

Transportation
The quickest way to get there is by fast boat. The boats leave from a few different areas in Bali and depending on which company you choose, can take you straight to Gili Islands.

Accommodation
This is likely to be the biggest cost variable of your trip. In Gili, you can go cheap, middle of the road, or downright lavish.

This is another category where you can spend as much or as little as you want. The nice thing about Gili is that there are sooooo many places to eat that you’ll always be able to find something to suit your tastes and budget.
Most meals are between $3 - $7 (30,000 IDR - 70,000 IDR). A meal at a mid-range restaurant will cost around $8 (85,000 IDR). And while a nice seafood dinner will be around $13 (140,000 IDR)
Activities
How much you spend on things to do in Gili is entirely up to you. If you’re a true beach bum, you won’t find better free entertainment. The awesome thing about Gili is there’s so much nature to explore. And most of the activities on the island revolve around the beach and ocean.
Diving
The Gili Islands offer a range of 20 different dive sites, each of them carrying a strong personality offering you a unique experience. Diving is around $70 (700,000 IDR) for a fun dive, but can cost less if you get a discount or bring your own equipment.
Snorkeling
Swimming with turtles and discovering underwater sculptures is what you should expect! Snorkel rentals are just $3 (30,000 IDR) for the day. Or you may book a snorkeling trip. It will cost you around $12/person (120,000 IDR) for a shared boat.
Pick and choose your favorites or go all out! Since there’s so much competition for tourist dollars on the islands, they probably won’t cost as much as you might think.
